The hotel's rooms were brilliant with great views, clean, warm, and located upstairs, but they were a bit stuffy and had a lingering smell of Asian food which the staff tried to address. The service was fantastic and very helpful, although there was a slight issue with understanding the ski bus procedure. The location was excellent with lovely views across the lake and mountains, providing everything a family would need, but sitting outside was hindered. The dining experience was on the average side, with higher prices for mediocre food. Overall, a clean, warm, and welcoming hotel with helpful staff and a great location.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The two-level apartment with 2 queen-sized beds was perfect for our group, and the location was spot-on. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a great selection of complimentary tea and coffee. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff.
